How we use text messages to keep you in the loop on your lawn service.
If you're a Lindsey Lawn Plus customer, we send a small number of service-related text messages tied to your appointments and billing. These are transactional — not marketing or promotional.
That's it. We don't send sales pitches, special offers, or messages about anything other than your active service with us.
You give us permission to text you when you become a customer. That happens one of three ways:
Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Lindsey Lawn Plus does not charge for these messages — only your carrier might, depending on your plan.
Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. That immediately removes you from all future text notifications. You'll get a single confirmation text and then nothing else.
You can also call or text 205-306-0980 any time and ask us to stop, or email lindseylawnplus@gmail.com with "Stop texts" in the subject line. Opting out of texts does not cancel your service — it just changes how we communicate. We'll still reach you by phone or email.
If you ever want to opt back in after stopping, reply START to our number or let us know directly.
Reply HELP to any of our texts and you'll get a short message with our phone number and a reminder of how to reach us. You can also call 205-306-0980 during business hours.
We use your phone number only to send the service-related messages described above. We do not sell, rent, or share customer phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes. Messages are sent through Twilio, our SMS service provider, and are subject to their security and privacy practices.
Frequency varies based on your service schedule. A weekly customer might get four to six messages a month; a one-time customer might get two or three total.
